Friday, December 23rd, 2011Let me start this article by saying emphatically that I do NOT agree with those who put the ban on all grains. People have been eating HEALTHY grains for thousands of years. The proper understanding of what it means to eat healthy grains is key to good health. How much, what kind, etc..
According to reports, less than one percent of the population actually suffers a severe immune reaction from gluten, and up to eight percent have mild-to-moderate insensitivity to it. (more…)
