Let me start this article by saying emphatically that I do NOT agree with those who put the ban on all grains. People have been eating HEALTHY grains for thousands of years. The proper understanding of what it means to eat healthy grains is key to good health. How much, what kind, etc..

According to reports, less than one percent of the population actually suffers a severe immune reaction from gluten, and up to eight percent have mild-to-moderate insensitivity to it. (more…)

BPA Blood Levels Spike by 1,200 Percent After Eating Canned Foods

New research from Harvard University has found that eating canned soup can spike your urinary bisphenol A (BPA) levels by 1,200 percent compared to fresh soup. Described as “one of the first to quantify BPA levels in humans after ingestion of canned foods,” the study examines the volume in which cancer-causing BPA contaminates canned goods across the world.
